Yes. We do a couple of general contracting projects per year. We understand code and work well with sub-contractors. However, our goal is to project manage and not general contract. This is because we don’t believe we have the years of experience necessary to be the best at that job. We are best at working alongside the general contractor and/or sub-contractors to move the projects forward in an efficient and timely manner
There are many ways to finding good contractors. We can certainly help you with the process, but don’t have a tried and true method to finding the best ones. We’re happy to sit alongside you to interview contractors to make sure the right questions are asked. We have trade contractors that we enjoy working with and can recommend them to you, but also enjoy meeting new people as well.
